How is the tour paid?

Payment is made in advance, 100% by credit card.

How do we move during the tour?

In Okinawa the tour includes a private vehicle. In other cities we move by public transport.

It is also possible to book a private taxi, but taxi in Japan is quite expensive: around USD 500 per day.

Is the price per person?

No. The price is per group (up to 5 people), not per person. For larger groups: 6 to 10 people, USD 599; from 11 to 15 people, USD 725; from 16 to 20 people, USD 925. For more than 20 people, check availability and price.

What time does the tour start?

Normally at 9:00 or 10:00 AM. Some guides may start earlier, but this is not always possible — ask us about the specific case.

Can you book my hotel or flights?

We do not offer hotel or flight reservations as a service. Once the tour is booked, we can guide you and recommend hotel options informally, but the final reservation is at your expense.

What is the best season to travel?

March, April, October and November They have the most stable climate — they are the ideal months.

June It has more rain, but it is not as hot, so it is also a good option.

July and August They are hot, but perfect for enjoying beaches, festivals and fireworks. September It is similar but somewhat less hot.

For Okinawa, the best time is from June to October. In January and February you can also see whales.

December, January, February and early March are somewhat cold (up to about -7°C in the coldest areas), but it is not extremely cold.

I want to go to places without so much tourism, what do you recommend?

Okinawa It is an excellent option — it does not yet receive large crowds of tourists. Aomori It also offers places with little mass tourism.

Is transportation included?

In Okinawa yes, the private vehicle is included in the price. In the other cities we move by public transport, which is not included in the price of the tour.

Can you pick me up at my hotel?

In Okinawa yes, hotel or airport pickup is included. In other cities, we are normally located close to your hotel.

Can I completely customize the tour?

Yes. Each tour is 100% private, so we can adjust the order, pace and locations depending on what interests you most.

Do you work with families and children?

Yes, many of our tours are with families. We adapt the rhythm of the day according to the ages of the children and the needs of the group.

Do you serve large groups?

Yes. The base price covers up to 5 people. For larger groups: 6 to 10 people, USD 599; from 11 to 15 people, USD 725; from 16 to 20 people, USD 925. For more than 20 people, a second vehicle or one with a larger capacity may be necessary — contact us.

How long in advance should I reserve?

We recommend writing to us at least a few weeks in advance, especially in high season (March-April, October-November and summer holidays), as availability is limited.
