If you find something you want during your trip, we can try to source or collect it and deliver it to your hotel. We can also hold your luggage temporarily and return it at the agreed place and time.

Very small orders may not be cost effective.The service includes the travel and time of the person collecting and delivering. We send the final quote for your approval before making any purchase or starting work.
Tokyo only for now. We do not accept illegal, dangerous, perishable or unsafe-to-transport items. Service is subject to availability.
